In a decision of the highest court in Hong Kong, the Court of Final Appeal, our client was awarded a total sum of over HK$770 million (with HK$380 million she already received), plus the costs of the appeals. The award was (and still is) the highest among all reported matrimonial cases in the history of Hong Kong. (FACV20 of 2013)

The highest court in Hong Kong, the Court of Final Appeal, ruled in favour to our client, the Wife, in her appeal against a decision of the Court of Appeal in which she was only given approximately 1/3 of the value of family assets in divorce proceedings. The Court ruled that the entire assets under a family trust formed by the Husband in 1995 should be regarded as a financial resource available to the Husband. (FACV20 of 2013)
